Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to participate in our virtual courses hosted on Google Meet. To ensure a smooth and beneficial experience for all attendees, please review our booking policy below: Cancellation Policy: Clients can cancel their booking up to 7 days prior to the course start date. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time of the course. We value your time and will begin promptly at the designated start time. Late Arrival: Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted to the session, and no refunds will be provided. We strive to maintain a respectful and uninterrupted learning environment for all attendees. If you miss the session due to late arrival, we will consider rescheduling you for the next available class as a one-time courtesy, subject to availability. No Refund Policy: Please note that we have a strict NO REFUND policy for all virtual events. This includes cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the course, late arrivals beyond 15 minutes, and any technical issues on the participant’s end. Rescheduling: In cases of late arrival or emergency cancellations, we may offer a one-time reschedule to the next available class, based on our discretion and availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. Recording Notice: All sessions are recorded for quality assurance and educational purposes. By participating in our virtual events, you consent to being recorded. Recordings will be shared only with registered participants for review and are not intended for distribution outside the course. By booking your spot, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a positive and effective learning environment for everyone.
